Regulatory & Compensation Disclosure — Narang Fiscal & Investment Services

Narang Fiscal & Investment Services may receive reimbursements from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for promotion and marketing activities undertaken by us. 

These reimbursements are event-based and are subject to AMC discretion. As such, they may or may not be received during any given period, and cannot be attributed to any specific mutual fund scheme offered by the AMC.

Details of mutual fund scheme-level commissions are available with our Relationship Managers and will be provided upon request.

 Commission disclosures are shared on a best-effort basis and rates are updated as and when received from the AMCs.

We are a NISM-certified and AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) under SEBI. We are compensated and incentivised by the respective AMCs, and we do not charge any fee to our clients for mutual fund distribution services.
